1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LiteWebsiteScreenshot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is an experiment operated by Lite Lake.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service captures screenshots of public web pages by URL and returns the resulting image together with basic page metadata (final URL, title, dimensions). Screenshots are produced by automated rendering of the page you submit; we do not review, edit or warrant their content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• capture pages in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
• submit private or internal network addresses — the Service only accepts public internet URLs;
• automate abusive volumes or attempt to circumvent the Service's rate limits and quotas;
• resell or republish the Service as your own product.

4. Quotas and Availability

The Service is offered in tiers with daily capture quotas (see the Pricing & Limits page for current numbers). Quotas reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Captures are cached for one day; repeated identical requests may return the cached image. The Service is provided without uptime commitments and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Your Content

You keep all rights to the URLs you submit and to the screenshots you download. You are responsible for what you capture and how you use it. By submitting a URL you confirm you have the right to have that page captured.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lite Lake shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or its outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
